Construction Cost and Build-Time: £120k, 5 months.

The design for this new extension in North London creates a wow factor living, kitchen, dining space that is the full width of the site.

Full height doors maximise light coming into the space with a protruding window reading seat pushing out into the garden.

The full height joinery walls creates a storage wall including a children’s library, display shelves and integrated TV.

Our role was full architectural design services including interior design and specifications and design management services.
