This large property in Parsons Green was previously a doctors surgery before historically being converted to a chemist and two flats.

Our proposal refurbished the derelict building and combined the chemist and two flats together too create a large residence for the long term rental market.

The scheme includes reconfiguration to be one house, revised layouts for modern living, all new plumbing and electrics, replacement of all windows and doors in a heritage style with timber sliding sashes, full insulation of the property to the walls, floors and roofs, interior mouldings and cornices as well as full fit-out and decoration to a high level of finish.
