Location: Paphos, Cyprus

A holiday home for a large Cypriot family on the outskirts of Paphos facilitates indoor-outdoor luxury living and entertaining.

The indoor/outdoor connection is created with full height doors and a spectacular indoor/outdoor window seat connecting the large kitchen, living and dining space to the outdoor pool and eating, entertaining space.

The design responds to site’s orientation and views with solar protection for the hot summers and modern ventilated for energy efficient heating to all the rooms for cosiness in the colder winters.​

Our role is for full planning service with the tender and construction stages in collaboration with a local architect.
