Wimbledon Terraced House

Construction Cost and Build-Time: £150k, 5 months.

This probate mid-terrace Victorian house required gutting, extending and a full refurbishment to become this family’s forever home.

​We assisted with this budget sensitive project with developing the brief, design options and budgeting, planning permission, detailed design, tender documentation / specifications and full interior design services. 

Planning permission was granted for the ground floor and loft extensions and the works split into two phases with the ground floor extension being built in phase 1 and completed in 2016.

The materials selected include black mosa exterior tiles and herringbone brick paving, herringbone timber flooring, deep blue shaker kitchen, brass handles, white corian worktops and white full height joinery wall with integrated mac workspace and cloakroom.
