Restoring character and coherence to a historic property, reconfiguration and renewal, craft and finish.
Once a doctor’s surgery and later divided into a chemist and two flats, this large property in Parsons Green had fallen into disrepair. The project restores and reunites the spaces to create a single, beautifully finished residence designed for the long-term rental market.

The interior has been completely reimagined, with revised layouts that support modern living while preserving the proportions and elegance of the original building. The scheme opens up structural walls and includes full insulation to walls, floors and roofs, new plumbing and electrics throughout, and replacement heritage-style windows / doors, including traditional timber sliding sashes.
Restored interior mouldings and cornices bring depth and detail back to the rooms, complemented by a complete interior fit-out and decoration to a high standard. The result is a home that feels timeless, comfortable and cohesive — combining period character with the performance of a modern build.
