Set on the outskirts of Paphos, this holiday home was designed for a large Cypriot family who love to gather, cook and entertain. The house celebrates the Mediterranean climate, connecting generous indoor spaces with shaded outdoor living areas to create a relaxed sense of luxury.

Full-height doors and an expansive indoor-outdoor window seat link the large kitchen, dining and living areas to the pool terrace and alfresco dining space. The architecture encourages a free flow between inside and out — from quiet mornings by the pool to lively evenings of family meals and conversation.

The design is carefully attuned to the site’s orientation and views, providing solar protection during hot summers and efficient heating through modern ventilated systems for comfort in cooler months. Every room benefits from natural light and cross-ventilation, ensuring the home feels open yet sheltered throughout the year.
